Shop Supervisor – Day Shift
Location: Magnolia, Tx
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Salary: $75,000–$80,000 per year
Additional Perk: $100 monthly cell phone reimbursement

TruBlu HR Solutions is currently hiring a Shop Supervisor with a strong background in fabrication and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of hands-on fabrication experience , enabling them to guide and support a team of fabricators, welders, and coating technicians effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations in the shop, ensuring production goals and quality standards are met

• Lead and support teams across fabrication, welding, and coating departments

• Maintain production schedules and oversee process flow

• Conduct quality control and inspect materials for accuracy and compliance

• Step in as needed to assist with fabrication or resolve production issues

• Foster a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to read technical drawings and ensure quality standards

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
