Territory Sales Manager (Business Development) – Dallas-Fort Worth, TX
Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Manager (BD) to drive new business growth across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. This is a pure hunting role focused on generating new recurring revenue through commercial landscape maintenance, sweeping, and related service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new commercial business (100% new logo focus)
Build and manage a pipeline across DFW and broader Texas markets
Conduct site visits, create proposals, and own full-cycle sales
Develop accurate estimates using internal tools (Aspire, Site Recon)
Network through industry groups (BOMA, IREM, IFMA) and local events
Collaborate with operations to ensure successful contract execution
Maintain consistent activity: cold calling, networking, and client meetings
Target Customers
Commercial real estate (industrial, retail, office)
HOAs, COAs, and multifamily
Property managers and facilities leaders
(No residential/private homes)
Compensation
Base: $95,000 – $110,000
Commission:
4% of total contract value (paid upfront)
+1% bonus for multi-year contracts (year 1)
Car allowance: $850/month + fuel, tolls, maintenance
Full benefits Day 1 + 401(k) match
