DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

To modify and fabricate components using machining tools to deliver manufacturing production demands

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

• Maintain standard 5S expectations

• Fabricate and modify parts based on print specifications, drawings, or verbal instruction

• Work with minimal supervision and prioritize workload to support production and customer delivery goals

• Assist with creating custom parts as needed

• Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

• Focus on Lean continuous improvement and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

• Work effectively with all Stealth departments to exceed internal and external expectations and company and departmental goals and objectives

• Stealth retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must be a team player, detail-oriented, and honest

Must have the ability to:

• Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

• Read and comprehend prints and drawings

• Machine to close tolerances as specified by drawings, prints, or verbal instructions

• Use precision measuring devices which includes micrometers, calipers, and height gauges

• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.

Must have:

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• No experience required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment

• Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently or through a third party)

PREFERRED EDUCATION

• High School Diploma or GED

• Technical School Training Certification

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
