Absolutely American, Inc. is looking for a highly detail-oriented Robotic Assembly and Laser Cutting Machine Operator who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and machine mastery. Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC tube laser cutting machines and CNC 2D plate laser systems
• Operate robotic welding and assembly systems
• Load and position materials accurately for production
• Adjust fixtures, verify machine setup, and optimize alignment
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and 3D models
• Edit and optimize machine programs when necessary
• Monitor cutting parameters to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Perform quality inspections and verify parts meet specifications
• Troubleshoot production issues and make corrections proactively
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations
• Minimize waste while maximizing production quality and consistency

Requirements

Must Have

• Experience operating CNC laser cutting machines
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Understanding of machine setup, tolerances, and material behavior
• Strong problem-solving skills and systems-thinking mindset
• Pride in craftsmanship and producing high-quality work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-axis tube laser cutting systems
• Experience with robotic welding or robotic assembly systems
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software or program optimization
• Background in technical hobbies or hands-on mechanical work
• Experience working with tight tolerances and complex geometries
