BGSF is hiring experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English) Leasing Consultants in Southwest Houston! If you’re passionate about customer service, apartment leasing, and making a difference in residents’ lives, we want to hear from you.

Job Description

Join BGSF’s Property Management team and enjoy flexible opportunities with premier apartment communities across Texas. You’ll be the face of the property, helping future residents find their perfect home while supporting onsite teams with leasing and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and tour apartment homes with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Sell and lease available apartment inventory
• Assist with application and lease paperwork
• Submit service requests and resolve resident concerns
• Support marketing efforts and resident retention events
• Perform general office duties (answer phones, file documents, make coffee, etc.)

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of apartment or multifamily leasing experience
• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws
• Reliable transportation
• Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to assist with community projects and take direction
