Senior Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve service delivery.
- Provide product information and promote available services or promotions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to remain patient and professional in stressful situations.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, if needed.
- Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
