Clinic Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Provide support to patients and their families, addressing concerns and questions as they arise.
- Assist with the mobility of patients, including transferring them to beds or chairs safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
- Document patient care activities and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and patient satisfaction. Requirements
- Current certification as a Nurse Aide in the state of employment.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Ability to assist patients with mobility and daily living activities in a respectful manner.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care practices.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with various health care professionals. xrczosw
