Job Responsibilities:

• Daily Operations Management: Supervise and ensure smooth operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order products, and ensure that shelves are stocked and organized.
• Sales and Marketing: Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, including promotional activities and in-store displays.
• Financial Management: Maintain and oversee store budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure cost control.
• Compliance: Ensure the store complies with all safety, health, and company policies, as well as local and state regulations.
• Problem Solving: Resolve operational or customer service issues efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or supervisory role, preferably in a convenience store or similar environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic understanding of financial management, including budgeting and inventory control.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle cash and perform financial transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.
