Production Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.75 to $19.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• • 1st Shift 8 Hrs: Mon- Fri 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift 8 Hrs: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift 8 Hrs: Mon - Fri 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • 1st Shift 10 Hrs: Mon - Thurs 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift 10 Hrs: Mon - Thurs 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• Meet daily production goals while upholding stringent quality & safety standards.
• Achieve one-minute cycle times, supporting multiple production stations or areas as needed.
• Accurately inspect parts & execute production tasks precisely according to detailed work instructions.
• Promptly report any equipment defects, malfunctions, or quality issues.
• Accurately complete required paperwork and adhere to production rotation schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall production needs and objectives.

Production Operator Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus yet we're willing to train!
• Must be able to lift and carry automotive parts and pre-assembled units weighing 50–75 lbs consistently during10–12 hour shifts (300 units/day).
• Must be able to work indoors in variable temperatures--high-heat conditions exceeding 110 degrees during summer months and as low as 60 degrees in winter months.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and collaborate in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to Manor, TX.
