Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of architecture principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance technical solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project goals and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead the architecture and design of complex systems, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and maintainability of all technical solutions.
• Document architectural designs and decisions for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and architectural patterns.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to the role.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern technologies is a plus.

Pay Range: $65 - $75

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
