This role is based in Dallas and offers broad exposure—beyond traditional corporate FP&A and reporting—into operations, field partnership, and strategic support.

The Role
- Serve as a key member of the Finance team
- Lead financial operations, analysis, and strategic decision support for a major division
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate business and capital investments
- Partner cross-functionally to drive accurate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Lead process improvement initiatives and support special projects

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Preferred experience within large manufacturing, distribution, or retail environments
- Open to strong Senior Analysts ready to step into management
