Bonding Agent Night Shift
A Better Bail Bond is the premiere bail bond company in Houston, Texas. Our 30+ years of experience qualifies us as experts in the bailbond industry, nationwide. Though we may seem like a small company with multiple offices, we are actually a large family living & working in different offices; but connected by our desire to provide an excellent service for those in need of our help.
Job Duties:
- Bonding agent is required to exhibit clerical skills by preparing various types of bail bonds
- Light filing required
- Must use sales techniques and offer customer service to potential customers in a manner that leads to finalized sale
- Should type a minimum 25-30 wpm
- There is a required monthly sales quota
SCHEDULED SHIFT: TUES thru SATURDAY 3p-12a (days to be determined) OFF SUN & MON
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be authorized to work in the United States

Starting Pay: $15 per hour (plus commission)
