Summary:

In this role, you will use best practices and knowledge of internal and external business operations to improve products or services. You will solve complex problems and bring a new perspective to the usage of existing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using the .NET framework and Angular for front-end development.
• Independently designs, develops, enhances, tests, delivers, and debugs software.
• Takes ownership of larger, more complex, or new user stories.
• Actively participates in story grooming and task breakdown.
• Collaborates with team members to ensure story completion.
• Participates in architecture and design discussions.
• Stays current with technical trends and emerging technologies.
• Receives technical mentoring from more experienced employees.
• May begin to mentor associate software engineers.
• May begin to mentor associate software engineers.
• Provides guidance and support to team members.
• Meets training requirements and follows established procedures.
• Demonstrates improved utilization of skills in applicable tools and technologies in accordance with existing SOPs and framework.
• Implement Azure SQL databases for efficient data storage, retrieval, and management.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks for data integration and processing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2 or more years relevant experience in software development with .NET framework and C# required.
• Entity Framework: Proven experience in using Entity Framework for ORM and data access.
• Angular: Essential experience with Angular for building dynamic and responsive web applications required.
• Angular Material: Must have experience with Angular Material for UI component design required.
• Development experience with SQL/T-SQL is required.
• Experience working in an Agile based development environment, using Agile concepts such as Continuous Integration, TDD is required.
• Azure cloud experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in distributed cloud environments.
• Preferred experience with Model Development: Design, build, and optimize machine learning models and AI solutions tailored to specific business challenges.
• Algorithm Research: Stay current with industry trends, research advancements, and best practices in AI and ML to incorporate innovative techniques into projects is preferred.
• Preferred experience with demonstrating functionally diverse utilization of relevant core programming tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS, SQL, MATLAB, JAVA).
• Begins leveraging machine learning, natural language processing, or other statistical approaches to create, trouble shoot, and implement solutions.
• TypeScript programming experience is preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
