- Support the sales team in managing existing accounts and building strong relationships with new customers
- Assist in identifying sales opportunities within assigned territories or customer segments
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to prospect new clients
- Prepare and deliver sales quotes and product recommendations with oversight from senior sales staff
- Input and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services and materials
- Stay informed about current construction projects, industry trends, and competitor activity
- Attend industry trade shows or networking events as needed to promote brand and build connections
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts
- Follow up on open quotes and customer inquiries to close pending opportunitiesWhat You'll Need
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or construction-related roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to travel locally to customer sites and job locations
- Familiarity with construction services or materials (steel, concrete, rebar, etc.) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a bonusYour Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelors degree preferred
