Degree Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college strongly preferred

Location: Â Â Combination of mostly remote and some in office (downtown Dallas)

Position Type: Â Contract. Potential for long term and/or conversion to full time depending on needs and your performance

Hourly Rate: Â $25ph

Shifts: Â Rotating (you must be open to rotating shifts)

Your Daily Activities Will Include

• Providing support (about 90% by email, 10% by phone) to users of custom software

You Must Have

• A professional appearance and demeanor with excellent written and spoken English

What Your Background Should Look Like

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college strongly preferred
• 1+ years of deep technical software support for Microsoft applications, including Sharepoint, OR Apple Software
• An obvious passion for software
• Enjoys writing
