This Office Assistant position will be working closely with our Commercial Landscape Maintenance Team. Daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:

· Data Entry

· Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events

· Assist with dispatching crews and scheduling crews' weekly tasks

· Email correspondence with clients

· Copy, scan, and file documents

· Assist with scheduling interviews and hiring candidates

· Communicate between field staff, managers, office staff, vendors and clients

· Assist with estimating new projects and enhancements

· Assist with preparation of subcontractor invoices for approval

· Material ordering

· Organize productivity reports

· Create purchase orders

Skills required:

· Excellent communication skills (verbal, written)

· Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Well organized and detail oriented

· Ability to learn and utilize new software

· Estimating experience (not required, we will train)

Education/Licenses:

· Bi-lingual (English/Spanish preferred)

· Highschool or equivalent

Pay Rate Range: Based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
