We are currently seeking a AI Solution Owner to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

About the Role:
Are you passionate about harnessing the power of AI to transform business processes and applications? We’re looking for an innovative leader to drive the integration of agentics and AI across our Apps and BPO practices. In this highly collaborative role, you’ll work side-by-side with technical delivery and sales teams to reshape how we serve our clients and unlock new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate Service Offerings: Reimagine and evolve our existing Apps and BPO service offerings by integrating cutting-edge agentics and AI capabilities.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with technical delivery and sales to identify, shape, and support the pursuit of high-impact opportunities.
• Engage with Clients: Work directly with client teams to understand their needs, advocate AI-driven solutions, and support solution development.
• Strategic Solutioning: Contribute a technical mindset and strong problem-solving skills to architect AI-enabled solutions that drive business value.
• Organizational Impact: Leverage your organizational abilities to coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.

What You Bring:

• Demonstrated experience in AI, agentics, or related digital transformation initiatives.
• A technical and analytical mindset with a knack for creative problem solving.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
• A passion for staying ahead of AI trends and translating them into actionable business strategies.

Minimum Skills Required:

• 7+ years experience managing data related programs and delivery
• 3+ years experience delivering AI solutions
• 5+ years experience leading RPA or BPO engagements
