### **About the Role**

We’re seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support our quoting and submission process. This role focuses on accurate and timely entry of quote and account information into insurance systems and our CRM (Pipedrive), along with supporting research tasks tied to quote preparation. Day-to-day communication is handled through Slack.

This is not a sales role. It’s ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working independently while staying responsive in a remote, Slack-based environment.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Enter quote and account information into **Pipedrive** and insurance carrier portals
* Perform research to support quote preparation (business details, classifications, required fields)
* Review submissions for completeness and accuracy before entry
* Maintain clean, up-to-date records in Pipedrive
* Track quote status and flag missing or inconsistent information
* Communicate with the team via **Slack** regarding updates, questions, and clarifications
* Follow defined data standards and workflows

### **What We’re Looking For**

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfort with repetitive, structured data entry work
* Ability to perform basic research tasks accurately and efficiently
* Basic computer proficiency (CRMs, web tools, spreadsheets)
* Clear, timely communication via **Slack**
* Reliable internet (minimum download speed of 50–100 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10–20 Mbps), computer, and quiet workspace
* Availability during the full **9:00 AM–5:00 PM CST** shift

### **Nice to Have (Not Required)**

* Prior experience with **Pipedrive**
* Experience supporting insurance quotes or submissions
* Familiarity with researching business information (NAICS, addresses, operations, etc.)
* Experience working in Slack-based remote teams

### **Compensation & Structure**

* **$800/month USD base pay**
* **Bonuses available based on research performance** (accuracy, completeness, turnaround time)
