• Job Purpose
• TheAircraft Paint Technicianplays a critical role in the aesthetic and protective treatment of aircraft surfaces. This position is responsible for preparing, masking, and painting aircraft components and structures to meet exacting quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Through precise workmanship and attention to detail, the technician ensures each aircraft not only meets client specifications but also upholds the company's commitment to excellence in appearance, durability, and airworthiness. This role directly supports our client’s reputation as a trusted provider of world-class aircraft refurbishment and maintenance services.

• Education & Experience Requirements
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license approved for airline travel, and/or a valid passport is ideal, but not mandatory.
• Must possess the knowledge of paint processes (Mixing materials, color camera, mixing computer, paint gun operation, paint booth operations, prep deck operations, blending of single-stage and clear coat).
• Must have 0-1 years of aircraft painting experience. (This is an entry-level position)
• Must have own tools

• Essential Job Duties
• Able to understand and comprehend PDS Sheets, mix ratios for all materials that will be used.
• Able to spray single stage, basecoat, clear coat, primer, anti-static, and sealers.
• Understand the functions of a spray gun and how to adjust for different materials that will be used.
• Must be able to pass the Respirator Fit Test and Medical Eval. (Full face or Half face).
• Maintenance, cleaning, and repair of shop facilities, equipment, and tooling when required.
• Safely operate shop equipment such as: paint booth, prep deck,basic computer skills to be able to navigate electronic training, manuals, maintenance databases, and color matching paint computer, and color matching camera.
• Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English.
• Any other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
• Be able to travel to customers' hangars to perform paint work as needed.

• Your Sense of Responsibility
• Attend work every day as scheduled; opportunities to work overtime as workflow permits.
• Notify the supervisor in advance of the shift starting if unable to work.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work every day.
• Perform all work in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
• Follow all company and safety rules during the performance of duties.
• Maintain customer-oriented work habits.

• Physical Requirements:
• Lifts 50 lbs
• Routine walking, bending, squatting, or sitting.
• Routine or repetitive physical motion with arms and hands.
• Climb ladders and stairs, and work in small, restricted areas.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Be able to wear a respirator and PPE for the job function that is required.

• Work with others in a professional manner.

• Supervision
• Work under the supervision of the assigned Team Leader.

• Working Conditions
• Work is performed in controlled environments in industrial warehouses
• Some travel work that may take place in aircraft hangars
