Job Title: Mortgage Loan Processor

Location: Remote (Texas preferred)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in loan processing, with a strong background in mortgage brokering. In particular, experience with Non-QM loans such as bank statements, debt-service coverage ratio (DSCR), asset depletion, jumbo loans, VA, FHA, and conventional loans is highly desirable. The candidate must be licensed in at least 17 states to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify loan applications for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory guidelines and company standards
• Communicate effectively with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to facilitate a smooth loan process
• Coordinate with third-party vendors, such as appraisers and title companies, to gather necessary information
• Maintain a high level of customer service by keeping clients informed throughout the loan process

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor
• Proven experience with mortgage brokering and Non-QM loans
• Licensed in at least 17 states
• Proficiency in software like ARRIVE or similar mortgage processing tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
