Sr. Project Manager (Hyperscale Data Center Construction)

As a Mission Critical Construction Project Manager, you'll be at the forefront of innovation and collaboration, working across departments to ensure projects are on time and within budget. **Key Qualifications:**- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in skilled trades.- Ability to travel out of town to customer sites.
- Mission Critical electrical & mechanical power distribution system experience (generators, switchgear, UPS, PDU, transfer switches IE ATS/STS)
- At least five years of experience in MEP or Electrical Power design, construction, or maintenance, with a strong electrical focus. Hyperscale Data Center experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in understanding mission-critical electrical power distribution systems and mechanical systems.
- Hyperscale data center construction experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve technical and project-related issues effectively.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
- Lead, coach, and develop junior teams and ensure policy compliance in partnership with HR.
