Commercial Attorney for AI Contract Training

Provide practical commercial contract drafting and review expertise to create high-quality example agreements and annotated templates that will be used to train next-generation AI systems. This is a document-driven contractor role focused on producing realistic, commercially practical agreements for an AI training dataset.

• Draft, review, and deliver well-structured templates, sample agreements, and annotated examples for commercial use.
• Produce agreement types including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Lease Agreements, Intellectual Property licensing agreements, Marketing Agreements, and other licensing agreements.
• Ensure documents reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial scenarios.
• Submit clean, non-confidential documents that are suitable for inclusion in an AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally in writing and verbally to clarify requirements and deliverables when needed.

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal document review for commercial agreements, including MSAs, leases, IP licensing, and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
• Ability to create or adapt legal documents for real-world commercial transactions.
• Experience collaborating remotely and delivering assignments autonomously.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure compliance with relevant laws and best practices.
• Familiarity or interest in legal operations, legal technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.

• Pay range, $80 to $100 per hour.

• You must be able to provide non-confidential, non-proprietary transaction documents suitable for use in an AI training dataset.
