Senior Manager, IAM Finance & Risk
- Lead economic and financial evaluations for IAM assets, projects, and potential acquisitions or divestitures.
- Develop, review, and manage valuation models, financial forecasts, and project economics to guide investment decisions.
- Conduct decision and risk analyses, including scenario planning, sensitivity testing, and market exposure assessments.
- Support the Director, IAM Commercial Strategy & Partnerships in negotiations for acquisitions, divestitures, and major commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with the Senior Risk Manager and broader Commercialization team on risk mitigation, contract development, financing, and hedging.
- Maintain financial governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Halliburton's capital allocation, forecasting, and reporting standards.
- Drive budget ownership and accountability, delivering transparent and data-driven financial performance reports.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership, enabling informed decision-making across the IAM portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 10 years in financial analysis and general finance.
- Required background in the Exploration & Production (E&P) sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in project economics, risk management, and investment evaluation.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical, financial, and executive teams.
