Controller
- Lead and develop the accounting and finance team
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state credit union regulations
- Certify and oversee quarterly Call Reports
- Partner with auditors and examiners during annual reviews
- Assist with ALM reviews, CECL processes, liquidity management, and investment oversight
- Support budgeting, board reporting, and ALCO reporting
- Oversee accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Monitor profitability reporting, including indirect lending and branch/product performance
- Serve as backup for managing the investment portfolio
- Bachelor’s degree required
- CPA or MBA preferred
- 5–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience
- Prior leadership experience overseeing accounting teams
- Experience within financial institutions or credit unions preferred
- Executive-level communication skills

- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
