Compensation:$92,000 - $175,000
Responsibilities:- Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate
- Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts
- Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
- Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings
- Listing Appointments: Schedule and attend listing appointments with prospective clients to evaluate properties, discuss market conditions, and present our services.
- Secure Listings: Persuade property owners to list their properties with our firm by demonstrating our expertise and value proposition.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to set competitive listing prices and identify current trends.
- Property Listings: Create compelling property listings, including detailed descriptions and high-quality photos, to attract potential buyers.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert advice and regular updates throughout the selling process.
- Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings through various channels, including social media, online platforms, and networking events.
- Open Houses & Showings: Organize and host open houses and private showings to showcase properties to prospective buyers.
- Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiating offers and counteroffers, ensuring the best possible outcome for their sale.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the entire transaction process, from contract to closing, coordinating with buyers, sellers, and other professionals as needed.
- Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
- Currently licensed in real estate
- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
- Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly
- Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. to be considered for this position.
- License: Active Real Estate License in Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent, with a proven track record of successful property sales.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with real estate software and tools.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive and client-focused approach is essential.
