As they continue to scale, they are hiring a Senior Accountant to join their team in a high-impact, high-visibility role. This position sits at the intersection of accounting and operations, where you’ll turn complex, loan-level data into actionable financial insights and play a key role in supporting a rapidly growing business.

What You’ll Do
- Play a key role in the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Translate detailed, high-volume data into accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership to support business decision-making
- Help build and improve scalable processes as the company continues to grow
- Support audits, regulatory reporting, and technical accounting research
- Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting to leadership
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally within financial services, lending, or a high-growth environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA or Master’s a plus)
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
- Experience with tools like QuickBooks; exposure to BI tools or data systems is a plus
- Familiarity with technical accounting topics such as revenue recognition, financial instruments, consolidations, or fair value accounting is a plus
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a desire to improve processes
