Compensation Range: $40-60/hr W2

Job Description:
Lead a telecom disconnect program from planning through execution, driving cost savings, operational efficiency, and milestone delivery across cross-functional teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end Telecom Disconnect Initiative across enterprise telecom services

• Manage a team of 8 Telecom Analysts responsible for inventory review, usage analysis, and disconnect recommendations

• Oversee telecom billing, invoicing, and service inventory analysis for analog lines and data circuits

• Coordinate disconnect orders and replacement solutions with internal teams and suppliers

• Track timelines, scope, risks, dependencies, and savings against program goals

• Prepare reporting, governance materials, and executive status updates

• Partner with Sourcing, Digital, Field Management, and Telecom teams to align priorities and execution

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Experience with legacy telecommunications services, including analog dial tone and data circuits

  • Prior experience in a supervisor, team lead, or project management role

  • Strong understanding of telecom billing, invoicing, and inventory management

  • Proven ability to manage projects, timelines, risks, and dependencies

  • Experience leading teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders

  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience driving telecom cost-savings or disconnect initiatives

  • Background working with enterprise-wide telecom environments

  • Experience presenting updates to leadership or executive stakeholders
