Conformal Coating Tech Sugar Land TX Job Duties:

• Apply conformal coatings with precision and finesse to electronic components, PCBs, and assemblies using cutting-edge coating techniques like dip coating, spray coating, and brush coating.
• Conduct meticulous visual inspections of coated components to ensure adherence to rigorous quality standards and to maintain consistency in the coating process.
• Skillfully prepare coating materials, achieving the optimal viscosity and consistency for flawless coating application, thereby ensuring the highest product reliability.
• Set up, calibrate, and proficiently operate conformal coating equipment, including dip tanks, spray booths, and automated coating machines, ensuring smooth production operations.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvements in coating processes, resulting in enhanced efficiency, reduced cycle times, and superior coating quality.
• Swiftly identify and resolve any coating-related challenges or defects that may arise during production, employing your problem-solving abilities to maintain seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized records of coating processes, inspection results, and other essential data to ensure full traceability and support process optimization efforts.

Conformal Coating Tech Sugar Land TX Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Conformal Coating Technician or a similar role in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficiency in using various coating techniques and equipment is essential to excel in this role.
• Your keen eye for detail and precision in coating application will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch products.
• Strong analytical abilities will help you troubleshoot issues and optimize coating processes effectively.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills are vital for seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Pay: $16+ DOE
