QA Engineer / Automation Tester

Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system. <\/span>

Key Responsibilities <\/i>

Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using Selenium. <\/i>
<\/h2>

Build and enhance automation frameworks (data -driven, hybrid, or BDD). <\/i>

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing. <\/i>
<\/h2>

Analyze business requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. <\/i>
<\/h2>

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and architects to clarify requirements. <\/i>
<\/h2>

Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives). <\/i>

Perform API testing (manual and automated). <\/i>
<\/h2>

Conduct defect tracking, root cause analysis, and impact assessment. <\/i>

Ensure CI/CD pipeline integration of automation suites. <\/i>

Provide test coverage analysis and quality metrics reporting. <\/i>
