Women's Services (L&D, Mom/ Baby) will meet the requirements for their unit specific scrub attire. b. The dress code for unlicensed personnel (US, CNA, PCA, NT, MT) is solid hunter green colored uniforms or scrub attire. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bill directly to Agency.
