Are you an early riser who would rather get your workday started early and have your afternoons free?

Tommy's Express in West Des Moines is looking for reliable, full-time team members with morning availability to join our opening team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and being done with work early in the afternoon.

Typical hours are approximately 6:30 AM–2:00 PM , with full-time hours available. Consistent 6:30 AM availability is required for this position.

What You'll Do

• Work as part of our opening team to safely prepare the wash for the day
• Learn our opening procedures and ensure the site is ready and operating to standard
• Provide friendly, efficient service to our members and guests
• Assist with daily car wash operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming site
• Work alongside your team to keep vehicles moving safely and efficiently
• Learn basic equipment and wash operations through hands-on training
• Help maintain the high standards our guests expect every day

• Dependable and punctual — our opening team plays a critical role in starting the day
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, active environment
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
• Strong communication and guest-service skills
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet throughout the shift
• Previous customer service or car wash experience is helpful, but not required — we'll train the right person
