Lead Software Engineer

The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust software applications, including API integrations and micro-services. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and standardization while leading coding practices, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and providing excellent leadership. Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Full Stack Development experience
- 2+ years of Python Experience
- 2+ years experience in C#
- 3+ years in the last 5 years in a frontend framework (Angular, React, Vue)
- 5+ years on API Integrations ( requirement SOAP experience )
- 3+ years of cloud experience (preference AWS)
- 3+ years as a people manager
- Experience with NoSQL and RDBMS (preference MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- GIT experience required
- Proficiency in modern software development practices (SOLID, OOP, DRY, YAGNI)
- Knowledge of CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins)
- Startup experience preferred
