Job Title: Clinical Director - ABA Services
Location: Frisco, TX
Job Type: Full-time

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA Clinical Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and case management as a BCBA

• Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment and behavior intervention plans

• Ensure quality assurance, documentation, and regulatory compliance

• Lead staff training and RBT certification programs

• Collaborate with families, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams

• Manage scheduling, staffing needs, and performance development

• Support clinic growth through community engagement and team leadership

Requirements:

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Active BCBA certification (required)

• At least 1 year of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis

• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills

• Ability to support clinical and administrative functions across a dynamic team

• Willingness to travel locally as needed
