About the Role

We are looking for a  Warehouse Support Associate  to support our team. As we are still an early-stage company, this will be a dynamic role that will cover several aspects of warehouse operations. A successful candidate will have strong technical and/or client service acumen. This person will support our head technician and logistics lead via the following activities:

• Organizing, tracking, packing, and fulfilling espresso machine and small pack shipments
• Receiving purchase orders, making kits, and organizing products and parts
• Assisting technicians by cleaning and testing espresso machines, as well as disassembling and reassembling exterior panels
• Cleaning espresso machines for photos and taking photos
• Ad hoc tasks and process improvement activities, as required.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics support: Ability to organize, track, pack, receive, and fulfill shipments accurately.
• Strong technical aptitude: Comfort assisting with cleaning, testing, disassembling, and reassembling espresso machines or similar equipment.
• Attention to detail and organization skills: Needed for managing products, parts, kits, purchase orders, and preparing machines for shipment or photos.
• Process improvement mindset: Willingness to help identify problems, improve workflows, and support ad hoc operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented attitude with adaptability: Ability to work closely with technicians and logistics leads in a dynamic early-stage company environment.
