Powder Coater Line Supervisor Rosenberg TX Job Duties:

• Supervise powder coating production line operations and staff to ensure efficiency and quality
• Monitor and maintain coating equipment, ovens, and conveyors for optimal performance
• Train, motivate, and evaluate team members to meet daily production goals
• Inspect finished parts to ensure coating quality, consistency, and color accuracy
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams to resolve issues quickly
• Schedule and assign work orders to meet production deadlines
• Keep accurate records of production output and materials used
• Ensure compliance with company standards and customer specifications
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments on production needs

Powder Coater Line Supervisor Rosenberg TX Requirements:

• Prior supervisory experience in powder coating or industrial manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of powder coating systems, curing ovens, and application techniques
• Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive, productive work atmosphere
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting with attention to detail
• Basic computer skills for production tracking and reporting
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
• Able to pass pre-employment and any random drug screenings (hair follicle)
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check (no felonies or misdemeanors)

Location: Rosenberg, TX
Pay: $34-$36
Shift: Monday – Friday 4:30 am -1 pm
