Compensation Range: $75-85/hr
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, high-impact technology initiatives across the enterprise. This role will focus on cybersecurity, identity and access management (IAM), cloud security, compliance, and risk mitigation projects , while also driving custom software development, SaaS implementations, system integrations, and enterprise enhancements.
The Senior Project Manager will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Execution

Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity, IAM, cloud, and enterprise projects.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and stakeholder roadmaps.

Ensure adherence to PMO standards, governance, and methodologies.

Drive project activities to completion with high stakeholder satisfaction.
Business Alignment & Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with engineering, IT, HR, finance, and security teams to align business outcomes.

Act as the bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring project goals stay business-focused.

Partner with senior leadership to align on scope, success criteria, and risk mitigation.
Communication & Reporting

Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level status reports .

Produce risk logs, change requests, and project documentation.

Foster transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Must Haves (Required Skills & Qualifications):

Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

Experience: 6 years of project management with success in cybersecurity projects .

Cybersecurity Knowledge: Frameworks, endpoint protection, compliance standards.

Tools: JIRA, Monday.com, MS Project, Smartsheet.

Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to deliver projects in fast-paced, enterprise-scale environments.
Nice to Haves (Preferred Skills):

Familiarity with SailPoint, OKTA, Oracle HCM, and cloud security tools .

Experience with custom software development, SaaS, and integrations .

Comfortable leading workshops, post-mortems, and executive presentations.

Adaptability in shifting business priorities.
