Youth Ministry Leader
First Baptist Church of Gordon, TX is seeking a Part-Time Youth Ministry Leader to shepherd, disciple, and lead our youth (grades 6-12).
Responsibilities: Plan and lead weekly youth Bible study and discipleship programs; coordinate youth events, retreats, and outreach; mentor students individually and in small groups; collaborate with church leadership and parents to support youth spiritual growth.
Qualifications: Personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior; agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000; Bible college or seminary degree (or equivalent theological training) preferred; experience working with youth in a ministry setting.
Compensation: $11,248 – $14,920 per year (part-time).
