Snelling Staffing Services is hiring reliable Production Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in San Antonio. This hands-on production role involves performing a variety of assembly operations using hand and power tools to build high-quality products, making it ideal for candidates seeking production assembly jobs .

PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:

• Starting at $16.00/hr
• Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• San Antonio, TX 78220
• Weekly Pay via pay card or Direct Deposit

PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER REQUIREMENTS:

• Assist in cutting materials or parts to the correct size
• Pick and prepare stock components for assembly
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble frames and other product parts
• Operate screw guns, impact wrenches, drill presses, punch presses, and small hand tools
• Package assembled products for final shipping as needed
• Follow work instructions, bills of materials, company policies, and safety standards

PRODUCTION ASSEMBLER REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in mechanical assembly is preferred but not required
• Good manual dexterity and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Experience in safely operating power and hand tools is a plus
• Ability to assemble products to meet quality and workmanship standards
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
• Drug screen and criminal background check required
• Reliable transportation required (not on the bus line)
