The Mundy Companies, a Leader In The Industrial Maintenance, Services, And Construction Fields, Is Currently Hiring The Following For a Long-term Position In The Corpus Christi, Texas Area
INDUSTRIAL JANITOR
This position will be working a 40 hour week on a 5 x 8s Schedule, with potential for overtime.
Responsibilities
- Keep buildings in a clean and orderly condition
- Perform various cleaning duties
- Perform routine maintenance cleaning tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields is preferred, but not required
- Ability handle a physical workload when needed
The successful candidate will maintain a high degree of personal safety and environmental awareness at all time. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a safe, efficient manner. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing is also required. All qualified applicants must be craft certified or possess the ability to pass a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen and other qualifications as required.
