Job Description:

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operations Specialist. This role supports daily warehouse lending activities and requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced financial environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working within banking or lending operations and be comfortable handling funding processes, wire activity, quality control reviews, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily warehouse lending operations across multiple functional areas including funding, accounting support, and collateral processing
• Review loan documentation to confirm completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal and regulatory requirements
• Research and resolve documentation discrepancies or funding-related issues
• Authorize and process funding transactions in accordance with company procedures
• Perform quality assurance reviews and assist with internal audits of warehouse lending files
• Validate wire instructions and confirm title company details for both new and existing business partners
• Process incoming and outgoing wire transactions, including additional and returned wires
• Monitor loan pipelines to ensure files remain compliant and on schedule
• Prepare collateral documentation for shipment and retention
• Provide timely communication and support to clients and internal teams
• Maintain compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and federal/state lending requirements

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience within banking, lending operations, or a related financial services environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and financial systems
