WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet & establish a rapport with guests, residents, prospective residents, and vendors
- Answer calls efficiently for reservations and calls customers when needed
- Answers questions in our online chat
- Report resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the Resort Manager
- Efficiently check guests in and out, handling reservations and walk-in guests
- Collect rent, deposits, and payments for other services in Rent Manager and Campspot
- Make collection calls for site rental payments as directed
- Send emails to residents / potential guests as needed
- Maintain and complete resort files, reports, and records
- Upload files resident files and resident/guest communications to Rent Manager
- Prepare and distribute resort communications such as newsletters, rule reminders, violations etc.
- Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare orders as needed
- Sort mail and packages and distribute to mailboxes
- Secure documents for leases
- Input meter readings
- Contact maintenance when needed for guests with any potential problems
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or equivalent is required. Some college experience preferred.
- Intermediate to advance with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of POS software and facility rental/reservation software is strongly preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills, excellent phone skills, professional appearance, and demeanor required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy.
- Must adhere to all company policies and procedures and should be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with co-workers
