Additional Information:
- Hours: 6 hours minimum per visit
- Hourly pay rate: $95 plus
- Frequency: 5 days per month
- Services: The provider will provide full-services to pre-approved and accompanied inmates.

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Valid optometry license
- Strong desire to make a positive impact on underserved populations
