: Mortgage Payment Processing Representative Location: Irving, TX 75063 (Onsite required) Rate: $19.00/hr; no benefits, no paid time off, no holiday paid time off Schedule : Mon thru Friday, some Saturday. 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Overtime may be required) Type: Temp - to possible - hire - estimated approximate 3 to 6 months duration* * No guarantees of assignment duration * Temp assignment can end short, at any time, or extend longer per Client request Start estimated: immediate **** clearing to start is contingent on completing and passing all preemployment screenings requirements - including but not limited to: Criminal background; social security verification; drug screen; employment verifications; education verifications, etc Job Duties:

• Deliver exceptional client service in a high-volume production environment
• Manage assigned processes and inventory to meet deadlines
• Effectively display the ability to manage time well by completing all work types within the established deadlines, set appropriate work-related priorities, concentrate on the main objectives, and avoid unnecessary interruptions
• Research, collect and fill gaps for missing data to ensure accuracy
• Utilize various tools to analyze, query, and manipulate data according to defined business procedures
• Adhere to all required company and client driven standards and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Duties may vary based on area of focus (Payments, Refunds, Procurement, Field Procurement, Non-Escrow, Funds Management, Flood Search, Tax Search, Data Integrity, Commercial Tax, Mail Correspondence)

Experience Required:

• Experience with computer-based mortgage and escrow payments processing
• Experience in a high-volume production driven work environment
• Experienced with successfully meeting and/or exceeding production requirements/metrics
• Experienced working successfully in a deadline-oriented role
• Experienced meeting required Service Level Agreements (SLA) for client
• Client service experience
• Experience researching and analyzing data
• Experienced with 10-key, data entry experience
• 40 (+) WPM typing skills
• High School Diploma
