Business Development Representative
- You'll be the first point of contact for our prospective clients and responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, video, and phone.
- Dedicate 80% of your day to outbound prospecting to set outbound meetings and generate advanced-stage opportunities.
- Maintain a rigorous daily focus on outbound prospecting to generate top-of-funnel sales-ready meetings for the field sales team.
- Fully immerse yourself in the vertical strategy-with a specific emphasis on the Healthcare secto r -and drive a consistent prospecting effort to penetrate decision-makers within target accounts.
- Utilize our broad set of tools to log and manage leads and prospecting activities in Salesforce.
- Partner with data research and insights teams to support demand generation efforts.
- Leverage prospecting tools and information to create personalized messages tailored to meet the needs of the prospect and organization.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as sales, marketing, business, or economics.
- A background or prior experience in the Healthcare industry (e.g., HealthTech, clinical services, or healthcare administration) is highly preferred.
- A positive "can-do" attitude with 110% effort each day.
- Tech-savvy, preferably with knowledge around contact centers, customer service, or AI/ML.
- Self-starters with a solution-oriented growth mindset and a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the prospecting, sales, and qualification process.
- Experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn, Salesloft, and other sales-related tools is helpful.
