Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year A bit about us: Boutique firm HQ in Encinitas CA specializing in various real estate matters including acquisitions, sales, leasing, disputes, and litigation. - Represent clients in all phases of real estate litigation, including case assessment, pleadings,
- Develop litigation strategies and lead negotiations to resolve disputes favorably
- Conduct research and provide legal guidance on complex real estate laws and transactions
- Draft and review legal documents relating to real estate transactions and litigation
- Actively participate in the firm’s business development efforts.
- Leverage and cultivate new client relationships, generate business leads and contribute to the
? Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
? Licensed to practice in the state of California with at least 5 years of experience in
real estate litigation.
? Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills
? Strong drafting and writing skills
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
? Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service
? Proven ability to work independently
