We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer III to join our Frontgrade operations team, playing a key role in driving process excellence and production quality. This role is central to our Foundation Quality Initiative: ACT+ (Audit, Correct, Train, Control) — a structured approach to identifying process gaps, implementing sustainable improvements, and fostering a culture of accountability.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in industrial engineering principles, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to audit existing processes, implement corrective actions, deliver targeted training, and establish robust controls — all to ensure production systems operate at the highest levels of efficiency, safety, and quality
Responsibilities:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, build, and refine production/supply chain/manufacturing processes while partnering with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams on product velocity to ensure efficient production processes
- Investigate new manufacturing methods
- Design new manufacturing methods for new and existing products
- Implement and maintain production test scenarios, manufacturing process planning, and new product release to manufacturing
- Develop sustainable methods for capacity planning
- Provide reports on labor performance behaviors
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline. OR (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree. OR (3) experience required in lieu of Masters Degree.
- Experience with a big data analysis
- Strong background in continous improvement, engineering principles and lean manufacturing
- Applicable experience in lieu of a Degree may be considered.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
- Pay Range: $96,376 - $120,470 annually . Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
