Community Marketing Manager

We're seeking a seasoned B2B Community Marketing Manager to spearhead our efforts in forging influential communities.
The Community Marketing Manager will be the architect of our community strategy, focusing on building influential networks and ensuring the delivery of regular, high-caliber content. Reporting to the Head of Content Marketing, and in coordination with C-suite leadership, this role demands a professional who excels in nurturing influencer relationships, sparking engagement through webinars, blogs, social media, and digital as well as in-person events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand communities of influencers within the Finance, HR, and Health Insurance Brokerage spaces.
- Strategize and implement community engagement initiatives to promote collaboration and community growth.
- Lead the recruitment of new community members, devising and managing outreach and onboarding strategies.
- Plan, execute, and host webinars with a focus on writing and delivering content that resonates with industry professionals.
- Become a subject matter expert in all things ICHRA and employer benefits to drive the creation and scheduling of content for blogs, social media, and other online channels to build community presence and dialogue.
- Craft insightful and informative webinar content presentations for educational events in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Manage a content calendar that aligns with the strategic marketing plan, ensuring consistent content distribution.
- Research emerging trends and track community insights to share breaking trends which will inform your content strategy and planning.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure community initiatives support broader marketing objectives and contribute to revenue growth.
- Host and organize in-person events to bolster community ties and engagement (following any relevant health regulations).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in community management or B2B marketing, with a strong preference for candidates versed in SaaS tools for HR and Finance teams.
- Demonstrable experience in driving community initiatives that have had a direct revenue impact.
- Adept in creating and moderating content tailored for Finance, HR, and Health Insurance Brokerage professionals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for engaging presentations.
- Competency in using analytics tools to monitor and report on community engagement.
- Expertise in developing webinar content and comfortable using webinar hosting platforms.
- History of successful community recruitment efforts.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in B2B marketing with a proven track record in the SaaS domain.
- Experience working with HR and Finance teams, understanding their needs and challenges.
