We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2024. We will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company. The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Facilities Specialty Teams Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: - Notifying customers of delinquent balances and collecting accounts receivable due for your assigned portfolio.
- Working with customers to develop and maintain payment schedules that align with payment terms and metrics.
- Taking immediate action on accounts requiring priority handling due to age or amount of delinquency.
- Identifying seriously delinquent accounts and providing recommended actions to Leadership.
- Interacting with internal and external customers to resolve any problems associated with delinquent accounts.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or higher AND five (3) years of solid experience managing complex customer account reconciliations and collections.
OR - High School Diploma/GED from AND seven (7) years of solid experience managing complex customer account reconciliations and collections.
AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: - Oracle experience
- Healthcare industry experience
