- Develop, test, and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam, Fanuc, and Mazak software.
- Create and revise geometrical dimensions and tolerances according to blueprints and engineering plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machine processes.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate CNC programming solutions.
- Implement and monitor safety standards and procedures in line with company regulations.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze and select appropriate tooling and fixturing for each CNC program.
- Continuously improve and update CNC programs to increase efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- Provide technical support and training to machine operators and other staff as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Mastercam.
- Experience with Fanuc and/or Mazak controls is a plus
- Knowledge of CNC machine setup and operation.
- Strong understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
