National Account Manager - HEB, Albertsons, Whole Foods

Description

The National Account Manager will drive sales growth and strengthen Stonewall Kitchen’s market presence within the national grocery retail channel, with specific responsibility for managing key accounts: HEB, Albertsons, and Whole Foods. The objective is to achieve revenue and profitability targets, expand product placement, and build strategic partnerships with these key retailers while upholding Stonewall Kitchen’s commitment to premium quality, and brand excellence.

JOB SUMMARY

• Manage sales and account relationships for HEB, Albertsons, and Whole Foods, ensuring consistent growth in revenue and market share.
• Develop and execute account specific sales strategies to maximize product placement, visibility, and performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key buyers, category managers, and decision makers at assigned national accounts.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional programs to drive sales while aligning with Stonewall Kitchen’s brand standards.
• Analyze account specific data, monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.
• Represent Stonewall Kitchen as a brand ambassador in retailer meetings and industry events.

EXPECTATIONS

• 10+ years of sales experience in FMCG; Prior experience in sales required
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability; Syndicate/panel data familiarity a plus
• Outstanding presentation, verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
• Excellent leadership, presentation, selling, organizational and project management skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge and experience working with databases
• Experience presenting to and working with customers
• Must be able to travel up to 30%
